Return/Exchange Policy

Here at BioTrust Nutrition, we believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 1-Year Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products and your experience with our company. To ensure your satisfaction, we have made it easy to return product for a refund, exchange product or receive an “In House Credit”.

Return Procedure

  • Contact our customer support center 24 hours a day at Support [at] BioTrust.com, or call us at 1-800-766-5086, M-F 8AM - 9PM ET, Sat & Sun 9AM - 8PM ET for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the Return Address.
  • After contacting customer service, a pre-printed label will automatically be sent to your email address on file. Please check your spam and junk folders. The pre-printed label will contain the return address and Return Merchandise Authorization number to ensure proper handling. Simply tape it to the top of your return package. Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays.
  • Return the empty and unused portion of your product, along with the original invoice (place it inside the box) to ensure proper handling.
  • All packages returned refused or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
  • Returns must be received in our offices within 1 year from billing date.
  • Used/Empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, we will not accept a six-month supply of empty product containers after only one or two months.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3 days of receiving the package. Please allow up to 5 days for your financial institutions to process the refund and 7 days for delivery of checks.

Exchange Procedure

  • Contact our customer support center 24 hours a day at Support [at] BioTrust.com, or call us at 1-800-766-5086, M-F 8AM - 9PM ET, Sat & Sun 9AM - 8PM ET to discuss our 1-Year exchange options.
  • We offer a 1-year exchange program.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may request that we send another quality product in “exchange” for it with free shipping.
  • Due to our 1-year Money Back Guarantee Policy, Exchange requests must be received within 1 year from billing date.
  • All exchanges are final which includes returning the original product for a financial refund and any products sent in “Exchange”.

In House Credit Procedure

  • An In House Credit is a credit held on your account to be applied towards a future purchase of your choice.
  • In House Credits can be used for newly launched products, standard shipping and other discounts.
  • In House Credits do not cover expedited shipping costs or state sales tax, therefore, we prefer that you speak with customer service so that we can obtain additional payment information for any remaining amount owed.
  • In House Credits must be redeemed within one year of date of issue.
  • All In House Credits are final which includes returning the product for a financial refund and orders that are redeemed using an In House Credit.
